YOGA for MENOPAUSE Workshops

Really excited to be offering in-person workshops. I really hope you can join me.

These specific workshops encourage women to see all stages of menopause as a positive opportunity for self-awareness and self-care.

Whether you are curious about menopause, peri menopausal or post, taking HRT, or simply want to find ways to support your body in a more holistic way, then these workshops are for you!

Yoga and Nutrition for Menopause on-line workshop COMING SOON!


In these workshops you will have an opportunity to share your experiences (if you feel guided to) in a safe and confidential space with like-minded women.

We will explore ways to support and nurture our minds and bodies through yoga poses, breath work, meditation & guided relaxation to help ease symptoms.

You will come away feeling nourished and calmer, with effective yoga tools to support you on your menopause journey.


No previous yoga experience necessary.

Please come as you are.

What to Wear

Please wear loose comfortable clothing, and depending on the weather you may want to bring/wear layers, thick socks, just in case you feel chilly during the session.

What to Bring:

Equipment is provided, but for extra comfort please bring a cushion and blanket. Plus a notepad and pen.


These workshops will be wonderfully empowering and restorative and specifically dedicated to supporting women through this transformational time. Learn many techniques to help energise, strengthen, calm and nourish your mind and body.

Classes are based on Well Woman Yoga therapy and suitable for all stages of menopause, including Peri & Post, ideal for beginners to more advanced yoga practitioners.

These sessions include adapted yoga poses, pranayama techniques (effective breathing), nada yoga (sound), mudras (hand gestures) plus plenty of time to relax and re-centre before re-entering your day.

Classes will help to:
