Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is open to ALL women who realise that self-care is a necessity, not a luxury. Discover and learn invaluable self-care tools to lower stress and create balance in a like-minded community.
Whether you are coming with a friend, or on your own, Rebecca will create a safe space for you to feel welcomed, ‘held’, supported and nurtured inside and out.
What to Wear
Please wear loose comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. And depending on the weather you may want to bring/wear layers, thick socks, just in case you feel chilly during relaxation. But hopefully the sun will shine on us!
