Well Woman Yoga Classes empower women with invaluable tools to support and nourish their pelvic and reproductive health to create hormonal balance.

They are open to all women from menstruation, pre-pregnancy, post-natal, peri-menopause/menopause to post and beyond.

Classes are creative, inclusive, informative and calming; guiding women to explore their body’s needs through movement, breath work, mudra, sound and meditation with plenty of relaxation to restore energy levels.

They are both suitable for a complete beginner and seasoned yogi’s alike; and works alongside a more traditional yoga practice.

For extra support and comfort, props are often used in class e.g chairs, blankets and cushions.

Don’t worry, let me know in advance and I can record the class on Zoom and send it to you, where you will have access to it for 7 days. Simple!

What to Wear

Please wear loose comfortable clothing good for stretching. You may want to bring/wear layers just in case you feel chilly during relaxation.


What to Bring:

Equipment is provided, but for extra comfort please bring a cushion and blanket for final relaxation and a bottle of water.

Please note that I will also be teaching an in-person class at the same and as much as I will do my best to be on my mat demonstrating poses - there will be times where I will be offering manual adjustments to students in class and will need to leave my mat. Just to let you know this will not effect the flow of the on-line class.
