Private 1-2-1 Classes

Private one-to-one classes are tailored to meet your individual needs and help support and heal specific issues holistically, at your own pace.

The benefits of 1-2-1 classes:

  • Can help address injuries and/or weaknesses e.g back pain, pelvic floor

  • Helps to support and speed up recovery

  • Encourages you to go at your own pace

  • Offers a safe and confidential space

As well as working with people that want to improve strength & flexibility I also specialise in:

  • All stages of menopause (including peri & post)

  • Pregnancy

  • Hormonal Imbalances

  • Stress & Anxiety

  • Breast Cancer recovery

  • Long Covid

  • Post-natal recovery

  • Prolapse

  • Trauma (mental, physical & emotional)

Rebecca has even been known to occasionally add her massage and reiki skills to really provide a well rounded and holistic experience.

The initial yoga class includes a full health consultation to tailor make the classes to your specific requirements

One-to-one Investment

Initial session includes a full consultation & class - £100

A subsequent one off 1 hour class - £80

A block of FIVE 1 hour classes - £325 (£65 per class)

A block of TEN 1 hours classes - £550 (£55 per class)

Classes can either be in-person at my home or via Zoom.

If practising on-line, a recording of the class is given to you to so you can practise in-between sessions.

“I started Yoga with Rebecca Dobson in 2018 after unfortunately experiencing an anxiety breakdown followed by a second one last year. I was advised to try Pilates or Yoga by the counsellor that I was seeing, Pilates did not work for me so she recommended Rebecca Dobson for Yoga. I was very unsure what to expect when I started my one to one sessions at her then home in Henley and now home in Sonning Common. We even also continued all through Covid online.

I was very tense and extremely worried about facing new situations and new tasks but she has slowly helped me to work through  these anxieties. She has really taken the time to discover my  needs, and then to work  how far she could take me in any one session and giving me the confidence that I was lacking.

Rebecca always has a plan in mind for the hour but will ask me when I arrive  if I have any particular mental or physical needs that require working on and she will change her plans and focus on my present issue instead.

She has helped with an issue that I have with breathing correctly and taught me ways to improve my balance which is so important as you get older.

Although thank goodness, I am in a good mindset at the present time I still carry on with the one to one sessions and will continue to do so. I really feel that they help to balance my mind and my body.
