Goddess Saraswati Flow

This 30-minute Saraswati-inspired yoga practice honours The Flowing One — Goddess of communication, wisdom, music and creative expression.

Includes working with drishti (gaze), Ujjayi (ocean breath), moving twists, Dancing Warrior flow, and heart-lifting backbends like Bridge. We close with two variations of Shoulderstand.

Suggested Props: 2 blocks/books, blanket, chair (optional)
