Goddess Durga Flow

An empowering 30 minute practice, with grounding breath work, strong standing sequences including warrior 1 and warrior 3 to ignite inner fire, ending with viparita karani (legs up the wall), to invite calm and quiet strength.

This is for strong beginners to intermediates. Optional support from 2 blocks/books and a strap.
